I particularly enjoyed this part:

At the time the Moseley story came out, I remember saying to someone that the Nazi theme is the only reason it is of any public interest. For some reason it never occurred to me that the papers might have thought of this too, and thus had a massive incentive to make it up.

The Eye article said it all. Mr Justice Eady has made some really bad decisions in the recent past, the Mosley/NotW one wasn't one of them.
